I was explaining this popular quote to my kids on a drive down to San Diego. I took a step further and asked, "if you work out your arm will your leg grow muscles?"

That opened up their eyes. In the same way, I’m asking you this question:

Are you judging your results in your life incorrectly?

I see some of you trying hard to succeed, but I’m not sure you’re putting in the right effort to get the success you want.

If it hasn’t been working, then it might be time to stop trying to climb that tree as a fish. In order to get to the next level in your life, you have to continually change your approach. What do you have to be to climb that tree better?
