"Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice". - Wayne Dyer
I hope I got your attention with that subject line because it's a question that digs deeper into self-reflection. I'm always looking for opportunities to grow and I've realized over the years that I'm usually the one that's holding myself back. This is why I continually ask myself and those around me one simple question, almost daily.
"How do you want to feel today?"
It's a powerful question that gives us back the sense of control that we sometimes lose throughout the day. I want you to write this question out and ask yourself this question every morning. What you'll find is that the answer will always be uplifting, it will be an answer that brings hope, a response that allows you to heal, and most of all it reminds you that you can only control what you think, and in essence how you feel about any situation.
Thank you for reading A Brilliant Tribe!
